Snjezana grew up in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and later moved to Serbia to attend the University of Novi Sad. After graduating with a degree in Traffic Engineering, she moved to South Florida in 2015 to pursue her career. Once in the US, Snjezana began to work in Customer Service and fell in love with American culture and hospitality. Working in hospitality has strengthened her communication skills, as well as helped her to better understand the client’s needs. Her experience has given her an appreciation for different American architecture, design and culture. With her work ethic, in addition to her experience in South Florida, the decision to move to New York is the next step in her journey.
